Liquid Culture for Yellow Oyster mushrooms

With the Toshifarm Liquid Culture for Pleurotus Citrinopileatus you make a breeding for yellow oyster mushrooms! The powerful mother culture of the Citrinopileatus pleurotus grows best at room temperature and inoculates your sterilized breeding within a few weeks.

ToshiFarm Liquid Culture is supplied in a Spray with a cap to prevent contamination. The sterile packaged needle is supplied separately including latex gloves and an alcohol cloth with which the syringe can be cleaned. Before use, clean the syringe with liquid culture, remove the cap and mount the needle. Then add the liquid culture to your sterilized breeding. Inject your liquid culture directly into the bag via the injection gate. If you use bags that do not have an injection gate, inject through the tape and cover the stiling hole with a different piece of tape.

The yellow oyster mushroom is characterized by a fresh citrus scent and a somewhat nutty taste. Ideally suited for Eastern wok dishes and delicious in soups and sauces.
