Pholiota Nameko, also known as Chesnut, is a very tasteful mushroom that is often confused with the well -known chestnut mushroom (agaricus bisporus) because of the shape and color. Chestnut mushrooms are found in Europe, but this special mushroom is selectively grown in the United States and brings something extra special to the table. It is rich in polysaccharides that the body uses as a primary energy source and which has been shown to have antibacterial and antitumoral properties. This beautiful mushroom forms dense clusters of beautiful, dark orange mushrooms with a slightly rugged hat. Because they prefer cooler temperatures, these mushrooms usually need 2-3 weeks to mature as soon as they start frying Primordia. An easy mushroom to grow that is fruit -bearing two to three times with a stop of a few weeks.
