Masters Mix Substrate

Masters Mix Substrate is the ultimate substrate for every Mushroom. The ToshiFarm Masters Mix consists of oak hardwood pellets and wheat seal that supplies the mycelium with essential nutrients and have an excellent hydration capacity.

This mix of these ingredients is one of the most used substrates in commercial mushroom cultivation. ToshiFarm Masters Mix makes it extremely easy to make your own powerful fruiting block. Simply add water to the pre -mixed filter bag Masters Mix and cook it in a high -pressure pan. Then mix the whole with your brood and close the bag.

This fruit substrate can be mixed with colonized breeding to form a medium that contains the nutrients and the water -retaining power that are necessary to produce multiple flushes with large fruiting bodies (more than with coffee grounds). Use this Masters Mix for your oyster mushrooms, Shiitake, Lions Mane and other species.

Instructions

Add 750ml of warm water to the Masters Mix substrate bag and mix well. Let the mixture withdraw for a 1/2 hour. Place the filled filter bag in a high pressure pan or an autoclave and sterilize it for at least 2 hours.

Allow the mix to cool well (approximately 12 hours) and mix with mushroom breeding. Use the incubation period stated on our website with this type of breeding.
