Baked Chicken of the Woods

2 persons 30 minus Main dish


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500 grams of tender chicken of the woods (cleaned and cut into strips of 1cm)
  • 2 shallots (chopped)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of dry white wine
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley minced meat

Method of preparation

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Divide the chicks of the woods into an even layer into the pan and bake until they start to become light brown after about 5 minutes. Stir in the shallots and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the shallot is soft. Pour the white wine into the pan and stir it. Cook for 4-5 minutes until most wine is recorded by the Chicken of the Woods. Stir in the lemon juice and the parsley and enjoy!
