Ingredients
- 250 grams of oyster mushrooms
- 150 ml of beer
- Salty
- 125 grams of flour
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 2 eggs
Method of preparation
Make a smooth batter of beer, flour, oil and salt. Place a frying pan with a small layer of water on the fire. Meanwhile, heat the frying pan (or a pan with rice oil or sunflower oil) at 180 degrees.
Cut the oyster mushrooms separately. Do you have very large oyster mushrooms? Then cut them into strips of 2-3 centimeters wide. As soon as the water in the frying pan boils, put the oyster mushrooms in until they have absorbed all the moisture; This ensures that they retain their shape and size.
Now get them through the batter and put them directly in the (frying) pan. Make sure they do not stick together and bake them in about 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
Let them drain on a piece of kitchen paper.
