Spawn for white eleven oyster mushroom

Grow ecologically oyster mushrooms all themselves! The powerful breeding of the Ferulae Pleurotus is growing with a Masters mix to oyster mushrooms with large fruiting bodies. The white eleven oyster mushroom, also known as Asafatida is widely used because of its nutritional value and medicinal benefits. They are originally from China and are still being grown intensively there. This species is located in the same family as oyster mushrooms and also contains lovastatins that can help lower cholesterol and have antibacterial properties.

The Pleurotus Ferulae is larger than other oyster mushrooms and has a lot of resemblance to the Pleurotus nebrodensis. The white eleven develops huge fleshy fruiting bodies with a brown/white flamed hat. Extremely suitable as a meat substitute. The White Elf naturally grows as a parasite on Ferula Assafoetida (Duivelsdrek) but can also be grown on enriched sawdust such as a Masters mix.
